Description		Starfleet Command dispatches Captain Norberto Anselmo Heraclio Izan Palacios, a legendary investigator and lawyer, along with his assistant, Lieutenant Commander Jung-hee Cho, to conduct a full audit of the Astrea. Officially, the audit is routine: performance, compliance with regulations, resource allocation, and crew conduct. Officially, Starfleet is concerned about: • Performance on patrol and relief missions. • Compliance with regulations and Federation law. • Crew conduct (shipboard romances) and operational logs. Unofficially, Starfleet is concerned about: • Independent initiatives by the senior staff. • Astrea’s use of unconventional tactics or experimental systems. • Potential violations of Starfleet’s post-Romulan-supernova protocols. The crew is suddenly under intense scrutiny, and every action is watched. Act I - Arrival and First Impressions • The auditors arrive aboard the Astrea. • Initial assessments include reviewing operations, engineering systems, and crew logs. • The auditors’ presence immediately heightens tension, and some crew members feel defensive.
